Griff hesitated. He wasn’t sure what the protocol was. With Durango out of town, Peggy was the only Offensive Linemen coach. If Durango's appointment of Peggy to fill in during his absence had been surprising, that is what had happened. And although she had missed pre-season camp, so far her acceptance by the team had been better than expected.
In the stands, Peggy's Dad removed his disguise, grinned at Griff.
Memories of the 1976 AFC Championship game flashed through Griff's mind, but if he recognized a known rival from the years of Steeler Raider rivalry, he did not say so.
"Of course", he said to Peggy.
