Kraftwerk album Sally Highpine's film of the Huygens Harriers game rolled in the coach's cottage; the Huygens Tech not-official band was playing robotic yet danceable bars of music, interspersed with beeping noises and other sounds that emanated from personal calculators at times held up by band members -- each band member was seemingly distracted by the make and model and screen display of their fellow students' calculators. Occasional spurts of lyrics began "I'm the operator with my personal calculator." Occasional voiced refrains were heard:

By pressing down a special key
It plays a little melody

"Wow Kraftwerk's "Pocket Calculator," Caydance remarked. "This would be a great song with which to introduce my next class." If Griff was planning to remove this song -- that he'd never before heard -- from the game film before he showed it to his team, he did not mention this.
